1999-2000 SCHOOL YEAR

Dear Community Member:

At various times during the school year parents and community members are needed to help with a variety of school activities. It’s usually of a short-term duration. We are asking for your help. Our purpose is to:

• Help to facilitate a positive atmosphere within the Turkey Hill Middle School to promote an increased sense of pride.
• Provide opportunities for a shared partnership among teachers, students, parents, and community members, which can enrich the curriculum and facilitate learning.
• Seek ways to explore ideas for a school wide event that encourages a celebration of all THMS students, teachers, administrators, and parents.

We are especially asking for community assistance in the form of curriculum enrichment. The sharing of personal and career related experiences is a wonderful way for our children to learn and grow. We invite you to join us in the education of Lunenburg’s middle school students.
